30 GERMANY 1941 (May) common Berlin censor on cover carried by LATI to US. Postage works out correctly for letter of 6 to 10gm (25pf surface for first 20gm + 215pf for 5gm airmail surcharge for LATI service via South America). One wonders what the AP correspondent in Berlin was sending that he did not want the British censors to see. Part of back flap missing, but LATI covers to the US are scarce, and this is especially so for multi-weight ones More £90.00
31 GERMANY 1945 Überroller cover, mailed from Hamburg on 9 March 1945 to Dortmund, with US occupation censorship. A testament to the collapse of the German postal system, as Dortmund did not fall for another 4 weeks after this was posted, and Hamburg fell after that More £20.00
32 GERMANY 1945 Überroller cover, mailed from Lauterbach on 9 March 1945 to Sweden with US Occupation censor and docketing received 10 Mrs. 1946. Staples at upper right appear to relate to contents now missing. Meter franking. Überroller mail to foreign destinations is relatively scarce More £30.00

The single example of examiner 3254 in the CCSG database is on a 1941 cover from a POW in the UK to Germany. These evacuees were deemed Wards of the Crown & were not allowed to follow crafts or professions for pay nor could they reside anywhere other than the camp.
