Austria 1946

Hello
I read the postmark as 25.6.1946. Innsbruck was in the French Zone. Direct route to Switzerland would not have required to go through other zones. However, I see a US Zone and a Sovjet / Allied Zone censorship on this item. Any comments / thoughts?
In addition, Helmut Seebald writes in his exhibit that registered mail from Austria to other countries was allowed from 26.6.1946 (one day later). Could this explain a special routing of the item?
best regards
Peter
