Manuscript censorship Azore Islands WW2

attached a postcard sent Feb 9 1943 from Horta on the island of Faia, part of the Azore islands, to Switzerland. German censorship in Paris, including chemical (secret ink) testing. To the left of the stamp, there is a manuscript marking "Censurado..." (Portuguese for Censored). Has anyone seen something similar or knows more about this? is this possibly a local censorship by Portuguese authorities?

This is a known practice with WWII Azores censorship. Unfortunately the censor handstamp is not so legible as we would wish.
