I would like to have some more information on the routing of this cover

When reaching the Red Cross in Geneva it must have been routed to Turkey and from thereon to Russia to be transported to the east on the Trans Siberian Railway. The usual route from Switerland to Turkey was the train to Munich, Vienna, Sophia, Istanbul.
However this cover is censored in Egypt, meaning it must have been transported by another route.
Who can tell me which route.
