India Censor Label (X 10)?

I'm not sure where to put this censor label on this cover sent from Agra/India in 1941 to the US. The triangular censor handstamp looks like a typical Indian censor device. Has anyone seen this type of sealing label?

It (actually 2 varieties of the X tape) are listed in the India chapter of the CCSG British Asia catalog.
