Quick question hoping someone recognises this: a UK PC90 style label but in a different font and an examiner number H/11, on a cover from the UK to Barbados. I assume this is from a West Indies censorship station, but which one?

Is this not type L10.2 on page 12 of the Barbados section of British Empire Censorship Devices Section 6, Burrows 2016
